Perryberg Township

The Court Administrator s Office operates information technology and human resources departments. It is a part of Toledo Municipal Court, which provides court services in the City of Toledo, Ottawa Hills and Washington Township in Ohio. The court also offers rehabilitative opportunities. Toledo Municipal Court operates a judges division and probation department. It also maintains a clerk s office and criminal and traffic divisions. The court provides the Citizens Dispute Settlement Program, which handles cases related to misdemeanant behavior, such as menacing, criminal damaging, assault and other neighborhood disputes. Toledo Municipal Court offers check resolution and collection mediation services. It provides jurisdiction in the areas of arson, domestic violence, vehicular homicide and temporary protection order violation.

The Division of Water Treatment is a part of the city of Toledo, Ohio. The division handles cases related to the production, filtration and quality control of water. It filters more than 80 million gallons water per day. The division maintains a quality control laboratory that conducts analysis on raw and treated water. The Division of Water Treatment maintains microbiology, water quality and research laboratories, which are certified by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. The division employs a staff of engineers, chemists, licensed water operators and electricians. The Division of Water Treatment is operated by the Department of Public Utilities, which also maintains engineering, sewer and drainage, and water treatment and reclamation services divisions.
