Staff are unprofessional. tanning beds "malfunction" or the staff set the timer for the wrong time and burn you.

I was banned from the facility after only TWO days of membership because another member accused me of telling her she didn't look feminine enough to be in the locker room. WHAT?!! Who does that?!...

Nothing against PF but I truly thought they were closed due to COVID I never really go Hawkins Plaza for anything except PF. Since they still taking my money imma have to get my heavy ass on up...
