Established in 1968, Red Lobster operates a chain of more than 700 restaurants in the United States and Canada. The restaurant s menu includes various seafood items, including lobsters, crab legs, shrimp, clam chowder, beer-battered fish, clam strips, salmon and scallops. Red Lobster restaurants is owned and operated by Darden Restaurants, which is one of the world's largest casual dining restaurant operators. Darden Restaurants also operates the Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Bahama Breeze, Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill and Seasons 52 national restaurant chains. With a location in Cincinnati, Red Lobster also offers memberships to the seafood lovers club.
