Rochelle Toulabi, OD

Dr. Caleb Liles, DO, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery, pterygium excision, blepharoplasty, and ectropion/entropion repair. A native of Waynesville, Ohio, he earned a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Wright State University and his medical degree from the same institution. Dr. Liles completed his ophthalmology training at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, where he earned top honors in in-service exams.

Dr. Kody Lecurgo earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from The Ohio State University, where he went on to complete his Doctorate of Optometry. Dr. Lecurgo completed his residency at the Columbus and Chillicothe VA. In addition to his residency in Ocular Disease, Dr. Lecurgo honed his skills through a number of student externships where he performed eye exams, observed pre- and postoperative patients, and received specialized training. Dr. Lecurgo has experience fitting specialty contacts such as scleral lenses, seeing emergent eye cases, treating ocular disease, and aiding patients with low vision.

Trang Prosak, O.D. is a residency-trained optometrist who provides comprehensive eye care for a variety of conditions including diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma and dry eyes. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University, where she went on to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Prosak completed her residency training in Ocular Disease at the Cleveland VA Medical Center. Before joining CVP Physicians Dayton, she worked at the Wright-Patterson Laser Refractive Surgery Clinic where she provided pre- and post-op care to members of all branches of the military.
