Sashelin Naidoo, MD

Sashelin Naidoo, MD, is an attending cardiac surgeon at University Hospitals Harrington Heart & Vascular Institute. His areas of expertise include complex cardiac surgical procedures and the surgical treatment of heart failure, including mechanical circulatory support, ventricular assist devices and heart transplantation. His additional clinical interests include coronary artery disease and aortic and valvular heart disease. Beyond his surgical practice, Dr. Naidoo has authored multiple peer reviewed publications in leading medical journals and is an active member in professional organizations including the Society of Thoracic Surgeons and the European Association for Cardiothoracic Surgeons.
