They advertised buy one get one free 12" sub. Coupon was not expired but they wouldn't accept the coupon. I would have ordered a wrap or something else or even somewhere else. Only was buying the...

The staff is friendly, the store is clean and the food is always good. I own a business in the same neighborhood, and I go here at least twice a week and have never had a bad experience.
