Not a real Verizon. They are subcontractors. Yet they present as a legitimate Verizon store with ONLY "VERIZON" signs. We signed a 2 year contract for a buy one get one iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Mini....

Literally the worst customer service I have ever received! Not willing to help correct their mistakes and basically told me not their problem. Unwilling to help. Would not recommend going to this...
