Today is my grandpa first day here! Trust me when I say we plays no games about him! When we got there the facility was clean and everyone was nice! His room is nice!

Another example of a short staffed ill equipped senior care facility where no one seems to know what their job is. The social worker is incompetent and apparently doesn't know her job at all....
