Clinton County Children Services focuses on the prevention of abuse and neglect and responds to children and their families who are at risk of abuse and neglect through advocacy, education and professional services. It provides a variety of adoption, investigation, protection, and kinship and foster care services. Clinton County Children Services kinship care services include case management, home visits, referrals to legal services, respite care, transportation, and support groups for children and adults.
