I give Brewer a 5 for the tile floor and carpet. The installation was also a 5. The issue I have is one of their cleanup policies. There isn't one! So, I give them a 1. I am a 75-yr old disabled...

Horrible experience all the way around. Contractors do shoddy work and customer service is terrible. I will never recommend Brewer Carpet One to anyone and we will certainly never use them again....

They tried to change our install date after we specifically took off work to be home and had already booked the dates. They did not tell the baseboard contractor about the job and had to call him...

I was disappointed in the original work, but Ron came in and saved the day! He worked diligently to get the job done right and was very kind and courteous.
