Caitlin Elizabeth Waters, APRN - Mercy Clinic Primary Care

I started as a CNA in nursing school and worked my way up to to becoming a registered nurse. l. I spent seven and a half years as an RN here at Mercy Hospital, and I decided I wanted to provide more care to patients on a bigger level. So I went back to school to become a nurse practitioner, and here I am. I like primary care. I like providing well-rounded care, seeing people get better and being involved in patient health. I'll be working at the Mercy clinic in Roland, my hometown. I?ve lived here for more than 20 years, and I?m excited to help give back to my community as a Mercy caregiver. I want my patients to know that I?ll care for them with compassion and empathy through and through. I plan to keep open channels of communication with patients, and that I?m committed to caring for them as I?d want my family to be cared for.
