Not sure what's going on but been sitting in line for 18 minutes. Usually fly through. Looks like all 15 year olds. Need an adult to manage this mess!

They failed to add a $6.69 chicken strips in the bag. I called and the only thing they can do is "put our name on a replacement" that is valid for 30 days....doesn't matter I have my order number....

First time I've been here since they have remodeled. Very nice! By passed the drive through and walked in / no line! Never disappointed at a Chick Fil A! Fast and efficient!
