Well I do not like to write bad reviews like this, however I believe I have no other choice. Today, I had a time slot with this company, COX, not once but three different times told sorry there...

The internet set up is a hour and a half late.for my appointment told me some house had to be rewired.that does not matter to me i had a appointment im very upset

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, terrible product, cable lines look ugly, can't use regular phone jacks for home phone, OVERPRICED, just the absolute worst thing you could waste money...
