service was good nice people but if you're going to put full face and know the customer is a man it's probably be smart to let them know before hand you can't do the facial hair that's the only issue

I booked a Brazilian wax at this location and it was the worst waxing experience of my life.. The specialist burned me, left an entire strip of hair and so much left over wax it's the next day...
