HistoryI was born in 29 Palms, California to a Marine Corps Captain and a school teacher. I was raised in Joplin, Mo. I attended Missouri Southern State College and achieved a B.S. in Biology with Magna Cum Lauda honors. I was voted both an academic and first team All America in football while at Southern. I obtained my MD degree and completed my Orthopedic Residency from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. I have practiced the majority of my career in small towns and prefer the small town atmosphere over the big city. I live in Guthrie, OK on a small acreage. I enjoy my wife and children and spend as much time with them as I can. I have four, children, Kelsey, a laboratory researcher and cell line administrator, Dylan, who manages the Jimmy John Stores in Stillwater, OK, Jordan, a Sophomore at OU and Jacey, a Junior at Deer Creek. My wife, Dianne, is my office manager, an RN and OPAC and is the cornerstone of the practice and our personal lives.
