The theater is alright, but you can't get refills at all and the concessions are extremely expensive. $8 drink and you can't even buy a refill from them, they just won't do it.

The customer service is outstanding. However, the theater we were in is dated and needs an upgrade. I guess I'm spoiled and used to recliners in all the theaters I frequent. My bad for not clarifying.
