Had a great stay! The breakfast isn't free, which is a big difference from other Hyatt places, it's $8 a person. Also, I was never offered my free bottled water for being a rewards member....

My advice is don't stay here. I've stayed at Hyatt properties in the past and have an account with them. The experience with Hyatt doesn't come close to those I've had with Marriott or Hilton...
