A no frills gym! I bought a 7 day pass while out of town. It was easy to get setup and the staff was great. I'll definitely use them again when I'm in town.

We have received healthcare here since it opened. We belong to the fitness center and they have so many machines to workout there. You have an option of hiring one of the techs private lessons....
