Started in 1979, Merritt's Bakery serves cakes and pastries to customers on various occasions. It is a founding member of the bakery buying group, Resourceful Purchasers in Action (RPIA) and runs an online store to help customers shop for favorite treats. The bakery's Bridal Suite allows access to information on wedding cakes. Based in Oklahoma, it offers online versions of bridal brochure and wedding contracts. Merritt's Bakery provides cakes for various occasions, such as traditional birthdays, characters, shaped novelty cakes, custom drawings, anniversaries, baby showers, graduation and religious occasions.

One of our guests at a recent dinner party brought two pies from Merrit's bakery, a cherry and an apple. They were delicious and a bit hit. I thought they were a cut above the average bakery pies....
