HistoryMs. Justine Rusk began as Artisitc Director of NEO Arts in August of 1999. She, along with several wonderful instructors, taught over a thousand students, ages 3 to 70, over the course of 10 years, including Studio Styles such as Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Lyrical, Pointe, Hip Hop, Modern, Contemporary, tumbling, and Pom as well as Partner Styles such as East Coast Swing, Jitterbug, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Shag, Carolina Shag, Blues, Inertia, Argentine Tango & Fusion.
