Got a half rack of ribs and half a lb of brisket. Ribs were tasty but had alot of fat on ends. Brisket was dry and a little tough.

Here's a simple way to sum this place up: - This BBQ; I had to reach for the BBQ sauce for this meat. Ribs: would appear they're using electric smokers. Ribs didn't have a good smoke flavor....
