I'd do negative stars if I could. Took my Tacoma in for an oil change and the "mechanic" completely stripped two of the bolts that hold up my skid plate. I had to tap the holes just to get bolts...

jason the MANAGER never came & put my car back together after HE it took it apart. very unprofessional, then wasn't communicating effectively after i PAID HIM. very unsatisfied!!!!
