Easy to book online and staff were nice, plenty of parking. Helped me and my pet but total cost much higher than estimate--(they figured @150-200 and bill was $381 before coupon and taking off...

I have emailed before and the response I received was just that it is not their fault and responsibility. They brushed off my case and acted like everything is fine. If I could give a zero, I would.
