Refused to change an intake gasket because he didn't know how to plug in a wiring harness to start the car even after instructed over the phone. One plug. And then complained about the mechanics...

These guys really helped me out. They towed my car from a gas station to a tire repair shop, when the shop wouldn't help they drove me another half hour to their shop and brought me a new wheel...
