Aalto probably still has the best happy hour in Portland. It's 5-7pm daily with dishes ranging from $3-7, a bottle of wine for $15, a cocktail for $5. Crazy, unheard of, there must be a catch......

We came for a round of birthday drinks for a friend and stayed because the food was surprisingly yummy and the seating in the second room was cozy for a group of 9. The patio looks cute as well...

Best Jell-O shots for sure - classier and tastier than the basics. Love the ambiance, in front and back patio. Bartenders are friendly. Always enjoy it!
