Hired for a very small job to replace exterior electrical box, charged $150 service call and said he could not fix the problem because he could not get to the panel as no one was home to let him...

This man is incompetent. He is rude, overcharges and doesn't take any responsibility for his errors. Walk away as fast as you can.
