I started in Woodburn in 2018 an it was great then I moved to Silverton this owner is all about the money! She asked that we pay our bill during Covid when the gym wasn't even open! I stayed...

Amazing detail job inside & out! He came to us, spent half a day on the car. Excellent price. Highly recommended! We'll use him again for this and other services- like power washing the gutters!

Small gym with enough equipment and exercise programs to keep you fit. Plus it is open to members 24/7. The office staff hours are during the day time. They also have certified trainers to help...

As a boutique gym, they have all the equipment I need. My wish is that they had different classes, or had their HIIT class included in cost for membership. I would love to see Les Mills classes...
