History

After working for other studios, I decided to open my own business in my home and expanded to downtown Ashland as my kids grew older. My private studio is a sacred refuge that allows my clients a safe place to discover deep body awareness.

Individual attention the way Joseph Pilates intended the work should be taught is how I teach. Over 15 years of teaching Pilates to all ages and physical ability.
