I have only had nail services here and they are ok. Not super, but ok. I don't like their pedicure chairs at all, the bench is very shallow so you feel like you're constantly balancing yourself...

Bellamar began in a small house on Fremont. With help from great friends, and family we designed and built our current location and opened December 1, 2004! Bellamar contributes to our community schools, neighborhood and business associations each year with in kind donations, and volunteer hours. Bellamar has been noted for our commitment to Earth Month each year procuring donations and raising awareness about the important work of the Columbia River Keepers. We are an active member of the Beaumont Business Association where we have contributed to the success of Fremont Fest since 2002. We would like to thank our many clients, friends and family for your continued support through these tough economic times.
Specialties
Our team is highly trained in color placement and correction. We use all AVEDA color which is 97% organically derived, leaving the hair healthy, shiny and gorgeous!

The owner promised me a refund, and I've called over 8 times (spoken to her at least 3 times), and still no actual payment... ugh, what a waste of my time.... and apparently money.

Terrible service and they are never busy. These things go hand-in-hand. Too many employees with nothing to do, you would think that they would be begging for walk-in business.
