Our 12 hour cooking process is done over a low smoke-filled wood fire because it's the only way to ensure you the "real deal". Horrible meat serving sizes at this location. The person cutting the meat doesn't even know how to cut the meat properly, weigh or use a knife. Person in front of us was served the worst turkey...
