Cascade Cardiology

History

Dr. Kirk Walker, Sue Snider, RN, and echo sonographer Timothy Taber established Cascade Cardiology in Keizer, OR with a vision to provide cardiac care based on innovation, integrity, compassion and excellence. The group has grown, and now includes interventional cardiologists Dr. Maziar Azadpour, Dr. Harminder Gandhok, and Dr. Arjun Chagarlamudi; Dr. Ashit Patel, electrophysiologist; and Samantha Pacheco, PA-C. From our initial clinic in Keizer, we expanded to our current space in the Meridian Building in Salem with satellite offices in Woodburn, Silverton, and Stayton. The team is part of Salem Health's CIN. Our doctors, PAs, nurses and admin staff work passionately to serve our patients. The collaborative team approach is highly successful in diagnosing and treating difficult or unique cases. Our goal is to see that our patients and local communities have access to exceptional medical treatment and advice as we pursue cardiovascular health together.
