Last year, we were blessed to win 1st Prize in a BBQ cook off competition, winning a brand new food cart to start our dream business off with a bang. Now, less than a year later, we are proud to have been recognized by the Mayor of Happy Valley, owner of Happy Valley Station, and many other food critics for having the best traditional homestyle flavor in Portland, Oregon. We have now brought our delicious BBQ to Salem, Oregon.

Strong bbq. We had pulled pork, slaw, Texas toast and the cheesy mashed potatoes. Delicious food. Great service. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.
