They switched from laundry card to debit card . In that event they told us to return are laundry cards for a refund my card had $300+ on it they never refunded my money they rip people off.

They need to make it less frustrating to get a refund. My complex uses this company for our laundry room. Can't tell you how much money I've lost because the machines have errors almost constantly.
