Community Access Service

A nonprofit community and health care agency, Community Home Health and Hospice was founded in 1977. It serves more than four county areas, including Clark, Cowlitz and Wahkiakum in Washington, and Columbia in Oregon. It provides a wide range of health care programs and services that include skilled nursing, medical, counseling and residential services. Its hospice care center provides various services, including acute symptom management, respite, and custodial and end of life care. Community Access Services (CAS) is a non-profit organization based in Beaverton, Oregon, that has been providing support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1989.
