Great gym, the staff are friendly, the gym is family friendly, it's clean and we enjoy the coffee/smoothie bar.

Once again..another good morning. Cardio deck to myself, some weights and then to the massage chairs. 2 hours later I feel ready for the weekend. Coffee was piping hot and so good.

Keizer Courthouse has the best Cardio classes, especially the club Dance with Sara. The club dances with Sara at 9 am on Mon, Wed and Fri.
