Greetings! Thanks for visiting this site. Dinky Dau is an adventure in making some of my favorite foods from my travels that are rarely found in Bend. Specializing in Banh Mi, kim chi, and a variety of salads and fermented foods. I am striving to create a delicious experience that is also fast and affordable.
Specialties
Dinky Dau specializes in fast, affordable, but most importantly delicious Asian style food. Banh Mi is the signature dish (Vietnamese Sando with grilled meats, pickled veggies, cilantro, mayo) but there is also so much more! Kimchi, Green Papaya salad, Shoyu Eggs, and a Jicama/pineapple slaw that will knock your damn socks off.

Friendly, quick and delicious. I had the rice bowl with brown rice, lemongrass pork, papaya salad and cucumber avocado. 10/10, the pork was amazing!

Lemongrass pork banhmi was so yummy! Staff at the window counter was pretty friendly. I would definitely go back for more.
