Mobile order while waiting in line. Guy said upgrade to large and get a free mug. Paid on mobile app. Got to window and said they ran out of mugs. So you got me to get a large then screwed my out...

Why the heck would ANYONE go to Starbucks when there is better options around town, like Dutch Brothers? They make fantastic smoothies and hot coffee,and no matter how long the lines are they are...
