While most restaurants and cafes shut down during the ice storm, El Toro was opened. We came get on a cold, icy, Friday night for dinner. The chips and salsa that started out our meal were tasty...

$14.95 for this meal?! $10.95 for the "huge" NOT chimichanga - I refused the chimichanga - it was so tiny I thought I was a joke - and the poor server and chef that had to give this to me. Shame...
