Eugene Yoga

We strive to foster a safe and nurturing environment in which students can explore sustainable yoga practices. We offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Gentle, Restorative, Yin, and Ashtanga yoga classes as well as specialty yoga fusion classes such as Core Awareness, Strength and Balance and Pilates Fusion. We have classes for beginners to advanced students. All are welcome here.
