Falling Sky Delicatessen

First, in January 2012 we opened Falling Sky Brewing House and Pub where we brew all our beer on site. Next, in July 2013 came the Delicatessen- a true NW Deli (and beer…always the beer.) Finally, in June 2016 the trifecta was completed and we opened the Pizzeria & Public House on the University of Oregon campus, where our beer reaches its final test doesit taste good with pizza? (It does!) We handcraft just about everything we serve. We‘re a collaboration of makers, brewers, farmers, ranchers, cooks, bartenders and foodies. LET IT POUR!
