Nuestra Cocina is an authentic Mexican dining establishment located in southeast Portland, Oregon, owned and operated by renowned restaurateurs and chefs Benjamin Gonzales and Shannon Dooley-Gonzales. Their menu showcases old peasant style Mexican cooking, featuring recipes and flavors from regions such as Zacatecas and the coastlines of Vera Cruz and Tampico.

A signature aspect of the restaurant is the hand-rolled, freshly made corn tortillas prepared by their dedicated "Tortilla Lady," who uses a hand-crafted press that has been in the family for generations. Additionally, Nuestra Cocina offers private cooking classes and a beautifully decorated private event space called the Mole mo-lay Room, inspired by the diverse mole sauces of Mexican cuisine.
