Melissa is the best and is the only stylist that I will allow to dry-cut my extra thick hair. I always check in online ahead of time and have not had to wait more than 15 minutes ever.

I went in for a light trim to remove a bit of dryness from the ends of my long hair -- I was very clear that I wanted only the ends lightly trimmed. Instead, my hair was butchered into weird layer...

this place sucks they buzzed my whole head off when I pacifically asked for a low taper. I'm never coming back to that stupid place.

I now have a hole in my hair. Thanks "Great Clips", never again. Yes I did get a refund for this debacle, but now I have to wear a cap for some weeks to hide this nonsense.

Rebecca trimmed my hair exactly how I like it. She did not over cut the bangs. She is terrific! I will definitely go back to her. Highly recommend!
