As a Nutritional Therapist I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety and depression and in Rehabilitative Movement I specialize in working with clients experiencing back pain, and those wishing to resolve physical pain and pursue/return to an active lifestyle. My mission is to help others heal and support themselves through nutrition and movement. I believe that every body has immense healing power within and I aim to help my clients discover what proper nutrition and movement is supportive and healing for their unique body and self. Through education and embodied experience I empower my clients to take ownership of their health, to learn the unique language of their own bodies and to use what they learn in our sessions to inform and influence their movement and lifestyle choices for a lifetime.
