Nice clinic, friendly staff but EXTREMELY SLOW. I come every month & 1 patient takes 15-20 mins on average for a blood draw. Having worked as a phlebotomist, the process does not take this long....

VA has a bad rap. All veterans I know have had nothing but excellent service with the staff here. Dont listen to the people below. They literally created an account to complain.

Took six months just to get a call back to schedule an appointment. Just a video appointment not even a face to face appointment. Crazy way to treat veterans. The whole VA system needs a revamp...
