Owned and operated by local Lake Oswego family, whose roots in hospitality and service span generations in Oregon, Holy Taco is an award-winning Mexican Artisan Kitchen and Craft Bar with an innovative approach to Mexican cuisine, with Latin and international influences. Holy Taco has garnered acclaim for its fresh, exciting cuisine, paired with hand-crafted cocktails taking advantage of our impressive premium tequila and mezcal collection. Our tacos are served on handmade, non-GMO, organic stone-ground 100% nixtamal tortillas through our partnership with 3 Sisters’ Tortillas. In addition to our holy tacos, offerings include fresh-catch ceviches, creamy guacamole, shareable starters, and salads, courtesy of Chef Louis Salas. The bar program showcases the best of Mexico and Latin America through the use of fresh fruits and juices in our hand-crafted cocktails and housemade Micheladas. Our wine selection, expertly curated by GM/Sommelier Tak Ogihara, featuring a rotating seasonal list.
