Update. The technician and I had a conversation and seems as the communication was down is why I wasn't getting messages. Since this review I have used them to fix my dishwasher as well. Good guys...

Danys was great to work with. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He fixed our leaky dishwasher in about a half hour. The cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use.
