I have been a body worker since 2000. The foundation of my work is in nervous system support and goes out from there. I create the perfect recipe for your body to unwind. I open the gateways for energy, blood, lymph and breath to flow more fluidly which in turn creates more space for soft tissue/muscle, ligaments, tendons, fascia and joints to relax and stabilize into their most productive places in your body. As this takes place, let's not forget a vital part of connectivity which is how our spirit and emotions interplay with our physical being. As I continue to see people and basic trust is established, there is no end to the self care, interpersonal transformation and depth of awareness that comes from receiving my work.
