Should have waited at Valvoline. Asked for a regular oil change. They did a synthetic oil change ($97 without coupon!). Asked them to check tire pressure, they forgot and had to be reminded...

A simple oil change and tire rotation turned into a nightmare. The technician botched the tire rotation and caused damage to the tire lugs. I am stuck for the cost to repair damage at Mercedes...
