Welcome to Josephson's Smokehouse. We are family-owned and have operated for over ninety years and four generations at our Astoria, Oregon location. At our historic Smokehouse an unequaled variety of seafood is smoked daily sold at retail fresh from the smokers packed for individual mail order customers and restaurants and shipped world-wide.
