Kayo's specializes in a clear-broth ramen and NOT tonkotsu-style ramen which you’ll find at most other ramen shops. Ours is a clear, refined broth, made in-house daily using only the finest ingredients, with no MSG, additives or preservatives. Our chashu is made in-house as well. We feature traditional ramen like Shoyu, Shio, Miso and TanTan (our most popular).
